Join your neighbors for a potluck meal in the clubhouse. At 2pm we will having great homemade dishes for you to enjoy. Come by and chill with your neighbors. Bring down the whole gang we don't mind, we would love to see you all!

Starting at 8pm, on our big screen we will be showing Grey's Anatomy and Lost. Snacks will be provided, so bring your friends down to the clubhouse to watch your favorite Thursday Night Shows.

This month's topic will be: Recycling...Reuse, Not Waste! Come by at 4pm to hear how you can help our environment by recycling and not wasting. Go green and get informed!

04.21.2008 - Recycling Fundraiser

We will begin our pop can and change drive Monday, April 2. We are raising money for the Mount Pleasant Recycling Center all week long. We hope you will help us by donating your cans, bottles and change. We will be coming by all apartments for donations and accepting them in the office as well. Any loose change or empty pop cans you have will help us out!

04.19.2008 - MLB 2K8 Tournament

The tournament will start at 6pm, so start prepping now! By April 19th you should be a pro. The best part is that the winner of this tournament will receive a $50 rental incentive. Yeah, 50 bucks off your rent for playing MLB 2K8. Pretty sweet huh? Even if you don't want to play, come by, hang out and watch the ball game.

At 2pm, we will be firing up the barbeque and grilling burgers by the volleyball court! Come by the pavillion, grab your roomies and enjoy a delicious burger with your neighbors. We are excited it's grilling season, so come celebrate with us!

WE ALL SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM!! Yes it's true... we will be making ice cream sundaes for this Free Food Friday. Lots of ice cream and all those great toppings will make a great start to your weekend. Come by the clubhouse at 2pm and scoop up some ice cream!

04.04.2008 - Chili and Baked Potato Bar

Free Food Friday on April 4th will be Wendy's chili and loaded baked potato bar. From 2-4pm, stop by the clubhouse and load up a cup of chili and baked potato with all the fixings. Hang out with your neighbors, chat over some free Wendy's and enjoy your Friday!

04.02.2008 - Show Us Your Poker Face!

On every Wednesday this month, there will be a Texas Hold 'Em Poker Night at 8 pm. All you have to do is register by the Tuesday before that week's poker night and be one of the first ten people to register and you're in! The winner of each night will receive a $25 rental incentive! Come by the office, sign up and show us your poker face every Wednesday!

02.01.2008 - Biggest Loser Contest

Did you have a New Year's resolution to lose weight? Want to shed some pounds before Spring Break? How about some incentive to help you take that first step? Join the Biggest Loser Contest! There is a mandatory weigh in once a week, the winners will be determined by those who lose the most percentage of body fat. The contest goes from the day you register until March 15th, 2008. There will also be a prize for the top five winners! First prize receives a $200 rental incentive and second prize receives a $100 rental incentive. Third, fourth and fifth place winners will all receive $25 Gift Cards. How could you pass that up? Godd luck to all who participate!

Show off your skills in the snowman building contest on Thursday, January 24th. Registration is due by Tuesday, January 22nd at 5pm. Even if you don't enter the contest, come on out, join the fun and check out the skills of those who did enter the contest.

01.17.2008 - Benefit Concert

We will be holding a concert to benefit The Children's Hospital of Michigan on Thursday, January 17th at 5:30 pm. There will be live music as well as refreshments provided. The bands featured are; Poor Boys Relief, You Are! We Are!, Patience Patience, Cuffs or the Casket, The Pretence and Unlisted. Only $2 at the door! All proceeds go to The Children's Hospital of Michigan!! Donations are always welcome. So come rock out to the bands and benefit The Children's Hospital of Michigan!

01.10.2008 - Neighborhood Shindig

Glad to have everyone back from break! Stop on by and hang out with your neighbors over free food and drinks. This shindig begins at 6pm on Thursday, January 10th. Hope to see you all there!

12.15.2007 - Renewal Period Ends!!!

December 15th is the last day to renew your lease for next year! If you do not renew your lease by this date, you will not receive the following incentives:

-Lowest Price Guarantee
Price goes down and you are a renewal, you will get that lowest price for your style.
-Waived Application Fee/Service Fee
You will have to pay ($199.00)
-Stay in the same apartment next year
You are guaranteed your apartment for next year if you sign before the deadline.
-Sign at your current rate or sign at the lower rate for next year
Your rate cannot increase if you have an Allen and O'Hara lowest rate.
-Sign for less now, and we will honor that for the remainder of your 2007-08 lease term

Please understand that after December 15th, your apartment may not be available. You will not receive a renewal special or have first priority for transferring to the apartment of your choice.

12.14.2007 - Soup/Sandwich is good for the Soul

Starting at 1pm, we will be serving soup and sandwiches from a local vendor. Please stop by the clubhouse and have lunch with us before you head home for break. Exam week Thursday has just hit you! You are waking up late for that morning exam and do not even have time to grab breakfast eh? Well, we are here for the rescue. From 9-11am on December 13th, we will be handing out breakfast while you are leaving for your classes or work. Look for the signs!!!

Mid-week exams getting you down? So tired of staying up late to study, you do not want to even run out and grab a bite to eat? Well, we are bringing pizza here on Wednesday, December 12th at 8pm. We are only serving the pie while it lasts. So get to the clubhouse and grab a slice.

Starting on Tuesday, December 11th, B-Dubs will be brought to the clubhouse for our friends and residents to devour. The food will be here by 5pm and will be available while supplies last! If you want a certain sauce, GIVE US A HOLLAR!

It's going on again yes indeed. We want to see everyone out there tailgating having a good time. The Chips are going to be in for a battle against the number #1 team in the playoff series.

A decorating T-Shirt/Car contest will be going on during tailgating and our judges will be going around picking the best decorated item to be our winner. We need 16 co-ed/mix teams to mix it up in the sand. Our Bluegrass Volleyball Tournament will be going on Thursday, July 12th. It starts at 1pm and the DJ will be rockin' courtside. 06.26.2007 - Nutritional Seminar with JP

What is a trans fat? Is partially hydrogenated good for you? Well, I do not have all the answers, but we found someone who does!!!

On Tuesday, June 26th the owner of JP's Gym will be heading out here to the Village at Bluegrass to explain how to build a strong body for life. He will be here at 6pm and should not last any longer than 2 hours. There will be a Q and A at the end of the seminar and as always, all guests are invited.
