All utilities are incuded (water, trash, sewer, gas, electricity- there is not a cap on electricity!), as well as high speed internet, satellite tv and local phone service.

University Village Towers provides a full and twin size platform bed with storage space underneath.

Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?
Yes, you may choose to make a one-time payment or set up a recurring payment at no extra charge. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Payments can be made in person at the leasing office or over the phone!

What do I need to hook up my computer to the internet?
All you will need to do is bring an ethernet cable, and you have instant access to the internet.

Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available in a covered parking garage. Premium parking is also available.
