08.16.2008 - EARLY MOVE IN DAY!
We are fortunate enough to be able to offer an early move in date of August 16th. There is a $150 fee to move in early. It is due August 1st along with the early move in agreement. Please call the business office if you have any questions!
Regular move in day is August 21st!
06.25.2008 - Cool Off at the Pool!
For the last week of June, Carolyn will be bringing by pop sicles to the pool after lunch! Cool off and enjoy the fantastic summer at University Village!

Welcome to our newest residents!
We have many new residents moving in with us on May 15th. Please be sure to welcome them with a big UV smile and help them to be a part of our community!
04.10.2008 - Grand Opening Pool Party!
The pool will be opening on Thursday, April 10th at 1:30pm! We will have yummy treats, the grill will be open for hot dogs and hamburgers, and we will be having tons of fun!
So put on your best bathing suit and get ready to swim!!!
04.01.2008 - First Annual Energy Conservation Competition!
This April is a great time to pay attention to our energy consumption. We are holding a competition between the buildings for who can have the lowest average utility bill per person. So start turning off those lights, taking shorter showers, and doing everything you can to help save the environment. Every little bit counts!
02.27.2008 - UV Volunteer Fair!
Come out to the clubhouse on Wednesday, February 27th to see how you can involved in your community. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greensboro, Horse Power, Humane Society, and many more organizations will be here to help you help others.

Free Valentine's Day Breakfast in the Clubhouse! Come to the clubhouse between 8:30am and 10:30am on Thursday, February 14th for free Krispy Kreme Donuts, coffee, and juice!

01.14.2008 - First Day of Classes at UNCG!
Welcome back UNCG students!
Please stop by the Clubhouse to renew your lease for 2008-2009! All returning residents are VIP! That means that you do not have to pay the application and service fee for your new lease and, if you sign your lease by January 31st, you are guaranteed your same apartment!
