All University Park residents have individual leases. That means you and your roommate(s) may share many great times together in your University Park apartment, but you are never responsible for your roommate's rent.

Special Offer: *At this time, all Fall 2010/Spring 2011 contracts must be written for 12 installments. We have a wait list for students interested in 10 installment contracts, so please apply for the lease term you desire so we can add to to the appropriate list.
