All University Park residents have individual leases. That means you and your roommate(s) may share many great times together in your University Park apartment, but you are never responsible for your roommate's rent.

ATTENTION NEW SPRING APPLICANTS:
If you submit an application, we will add you to the wait list of your choice. As we receive cancellations from lease holders, we will contact applicants on the wait list.

All 2nd semester leases will be written for 7 months (see 12 installment rates).
