What does a CA/RA do?
An RA is a student member of the staff who works closely with the residents in their building. As a staff member, the RA will act as the liaison between the full-time staff at University Park and the residents, along with fulfilling a multitude of administrative tasks. From delivering birthday cards and creating programs and events, to disciplinary actions for lease violations and handing out late rent notices, the RA helps the residents and the office staff stay in touch. One of the most important RA responsibilities is to be available to, and spend time with, residents in their building.
