All University Park residents have individual leases. That means you and your roommate(s) may share many great times together in your University Park apartment, but you are never responsible for your roommate's rent.

Please note : only the $25 application fee will be charged to your credit card when applying online.

Once the online applicaton is received we will send a lease to your listed permanent address. The one time $250 non -refundable service fee is due when the lease is returned. Once this is completed your space will be held at University Park Apartments!
