What types of leases are available?
We offer a term lease that runs until July 31, 2009. All leases end on July 31, 2009 unless you renewed with us for the next year.

We have 4 Bedroom / 4 Bath and 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath apartments.

We are 3/4 of a mile from the University of West Georgia.

Rates start at $375 for 4 Bedroom/4 Bath Apartments &
start at $420 for 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Apartments.

Can I use my financial aid?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to honor financial aid award letters.

What if I need to cancel my lease?
All you have to do is find an individual that meets our leasing qualification criteria and you will be able to reassign your lease to that person. There is a $200 reassignment fee that goes along with this option

Can I request an apartment or roommates?
YES! Our leasing staff will be more than happy to assist you with selecting your new apartment and roommates. If you already have some roommates in-mind we can help with getting you settled.

Is parking available?
Ample parking is available to all resident with room to spare for visitors.

What utilities are included in my rent?
We offer an all inclusive package which includes water, sewer, trash, electricity, cable, and high-speed Internet service. Please note that there is a $35.00 cap on electricity.

When do I put down a deposit?
Never! We do not require a deposit of any kind. All you pay is a one time non-refundable Service & Application Fee.

Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?
Great News! River Place added a new feature that lets you pay online! View your balance, submit electronic checks, or pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover from any computer. You can even submit maintenance requests! Just log on to our website, click the "Resident's Only" link and "Pay Rent." This will take you to our resident rent pay portal. There is a small convenience charge for this service.

We have a capacity of up to 504 residents.

(for one year living in a 4 Bedroom/2 Bath Apartment w/ a required meal plan)
Living with Us: You Pay... $4,500.00

Will you send me a bill each month for rent?
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer a billing reminder & alert program. All you have to remember though is that rent is due at the 1st of each month.

If I am over 21, do I need to have a guarantor?
Yes. All residents who are under the age of 25 are required to have a Guarantor. (Family members are preferred.)

Your first rental payment is due before you may move-in.

We offer full-size beds complete with box-spring and mattress.

Absolutely! We encourage residents to make themselves at home.

What do I need to hook up my computer to the internet?
We offer Internet Service in every bedroom. All you need is an Ethernet Cable and a network adapter.
(Most new computers come with these adapter pre-installed.)
