Great News! The Reserve on West 31st added a new feature that lets you pay online! View your balance, submit electronic checks, or pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover from any computer. You can even submit maintenance requests! Just log on to our website, click the "Resident's Only" link and "Pay Rent." This will take you to our resident rent pay portal. There is a small convenience charge for this service.

What utilities are included in my rent?
We take care of your water and trash, extended basic cable with HBO, and broadband internet. All you have to worry about is the electric bill!

Is parking available?
We have ample free parking for you and your friends who will want to come over and hang out with you. We also offer covered parking for an additional charge on your rent each month.

Can I request an apartment or roommates?
Living with your friends is also a bonus while you are in school, and we are always willing to do the best we can to place you together! If you don't have any roommates in mind, we offer a great roommate placement program that helps take the guess work out of finding great people to live with for the next year!
