We currently offer a 12 month lease. We also offer a 10 month lease with a short term premium fee per month.

What types of apartments/rooms are available?
At this time we have 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, and 4x4 mini den apartments available.

How close to campus are you?
We are located approx. 8 blocks from campus. We offer a shuttle service Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 6:00PM during the semester. Throughout the summer, the shuttle runs on an as-needed basis.

Can I use my financial aid?
Yes! Please note that the 1st installment must be paid in full. After that we will be more than happy to work with you as long as we have a disbursement letter from the University.

When can I move in?
June 13, 2008, is our summer move-in date. August 15, 2008 is our fall lease move-in date. However, we occasionally have spots open and are able to offer earlier move in dates.

What if I need to cancel my lease?
Once the lease contract has been signed by you there is no cancellation. However, we do allow you to have your lease assigned over to another person. Please call the Leasing Office for further details.

Can I request an apartment or roommates?
We do our best to make sure that you get the roommate and/or apartment requested. This is available on a first come first serve basis according to your lease signed date and is not guaranteed.

Is parking available?
Yes. We have adequate parking and we are in the process of adding covered, reserved parking spots for some of the parking areas.

What utilities are included in my rent?
Water, sewer, cable and internet. Electric is also paid up to $30.00 per bedroom.

When do I put down a deposit?
We do not require a deposit. We have an application fee as well as a service fee and require a Guarantor for each lease.

Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?
Yes. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You can pay online each month or set up a recurring account in which your credit card is charged automatically each month. We can also take credit card payments over the phone. There is no additional charge for this service.

Do I have to have a meal plan?
No, you certainly do not. However, you may set one up with the University.

Will you send me a bill each month for rent?
No. Rent is due on the 1st of every month and late after 10:00AM on the third. Starting on August 1, 2008, rent will be late at midnight on the 3rd of the month. We now have a drop box at the front doors of the Clubhouse for your convenience. No personal checks are accepted after rent is late.

If I am over 21, do I need to have a guarantor?
Yes. Everyone who signs a lease here must provide a guarantor. If you are unable to, you can pay a deposit equal to 3 months rent that would be refunded minus any damages after move out.

The 1st installment is due one month before your move in date.

Can additional furniture be brought into the apartment?
Yes. Please keep in mind that you are not allowed to remove any of the furniture that is provided.

What do I need to hook up my computer to the internet?
You don't need anything! High speed internet is already ready to go in your bedroom. The modem and cords you need are already there. Just plug it in!

What size are the beds?
The beds are Extended Full Size, which means they are the length of a queen size bed, and the width of a full size.

If I pay in full, do I get a discount?
Currently, there is no discount for paying in full.
