Can additional furniture be brought into the apartment?
Yes, however we are unable to remove any of the existing furniture in the apartment.

When is my first payment due?
The 1st installment is due July 15, 2008. The next rental installment will be due September 1, 2008.

Will you send me a bill each month for rent?
We do not send out monthly statements for your rent. Please remember to pay rent no later than the 1st of each month.

If I am over 21, do I need to have a guarantor?
All residents are required to have a guarantor, if you are unable to provide a guarantor a 3 month deposit will be required.

Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?
Yes you can. There is no extra charge.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. You can pay online at www.myownapartment.com. You can also come by the office or call us and we will take your payment over the phone.

What utilities are included in my rent?
Water, sewer, extended basic cable, high-speed internet and trash removal. Residents are only responsible for the electric bill.

When do I put down a deposit?
A deposit is required at the time you fill out an application.
The current deposit is a $50.00 service fee and a $35.00 application fee.

Can I request an apartment or roommates?
Yes. Upon signing a lease, you may request a specific apartment and specific roommates. We do our best to fulfill these requests.

Is parking available?
One space is provided per resident. We also have carports available for a small monthly fee.

What if I need to cancel my lease?
There is no early cancellation clause in your lease agreement. However, you may choose to be placed on a lease takeover list and will be required to pay a fee. Please call the leasing office for more details.

How close to campus are you?
The Reserve on Perkins is located approximatly 2 miles from campus, and we are on the OSU bus transit route which stops at our property twice an hour.

When can I move in?
Move in day will be Thursday, August 14, 2008.

What types of leases are available?
We have a limited number of 10 month leases available with a monthly fee. 12 month leases are standard.

At this time we have one, two, three and four bedrooms available.

What time does the shuttle bus run?
Every 30 minutes on the hour. 7am-7pm

If I get locked out what do I do?
We have a community assistant on call after hours to provide lock out service. Please call the answering service at 405-533-5330. A $25.00 fee will apply.
