All apartment residents of the Reserve at Martin have individual leases. That means you and your roommate(s) may share many great times together in your apartment, but you are never responsible for your roommate's rent.

Special Offer: If YOU sign a contract before the end of July, the Reserve at Martin is offering a month's rent FREE! Also, our new renovated rooms will be $435 per month. Apply before the end of the month and your application and service fee will be WAIVED (a $250 savings)!
