The Reserve at Martin offers 12 month leases.

We offer fully-furnished 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartments.

How close to campus are you?
We are within walking distance of the campus. There is a walkway from The Reserve at Martin to campus that is available at all hours and lit at night.

Can I use my financial aid?
Yes, financial aid can be used, however, we do not accept financial aid directly from the university.

When can I move in?
Move-in for Fall 2008 is scheduled for August 11, 2008.

What if I need to cancel my lease?
There is no termination of lease. You will either need to pay off the rest of your rent for the remaining leased year, or find a lease replacement. You will need to find another person matching the profile of your own and your matched roommates.

Can I request an apartment or roommates?
Yes, you may request an apartment and/or roommates.

Is parking available?
We have parking available for both residents and guests at no charge. All resident parking is directly beside the buildings and all guest parking is located away from the buildings marked "visitor."

What utilities are included in my rent?
Electricity*, water, , cable, sewer, garbage removal, internet, and pest control are included in your rent.
*Electricity caps apply.

When do I put down a deposit?
There is no deposit at the Reserve at Martin. You will be required to to pay a $200 non-refundable service fee and a $50 non-refundable application fee at the time of lease signing.

Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?
Great News! The Reserve at Martin added a new feature that lets you pay online! View your balance, submit electronic checks, or pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover from any computer. You can even submit maintenance requests! Just log on to our website, click the "Resident's Only" link and "Pay Rent." This will take you to our resident rent pay portal. There is a small convenience charge for this service.

Do I have to have a meal plan?
You do not need a meal plan to live at The Reserve at Martin.

How many people live there?
The Reserve at Martin has 96 apartments or 384 beds.

How much more does it cost to stay here than on campus?
Your cost depends on your residence hall (dorms, University Village) choice. In most cases the cost is about the same or less. At The Reserve at Martin, you do not have to move out of your apartment over the university breaks.

Will you send me a bill each month for rent?
No. Rent is due on the first of each month and residents are expected to keep up with this.

If I am over 21, do I need to have a guarantor?
Yes, we require a Guarunty of Lease from all of our residents. We ask that a guarantor be over 25 years of age.

When is my first payment due?
The first payment for all new residents is due July 15, 2008 for those moving in for Fall 2008.

If I pay in full, do I get a discount?
Unfortunately there is no discount for payment in full.

What size are the beds?
Each bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed and mattress.

Can additional furniture be brought into the apartment?
You may bring your own furnishings into the apartment, but all of the the Reserve at Martin furniture must stay in the apartment as well and is the resposibility of the resident.

What do I need to hook up my computer to the internet?
To establish an internet connection you just need to purchase an Ethernet cable and connect it to your computer. The computer should automatically detect the connection.
