06.27.2008 - Froggy Fest 2008 Ticket Stop

Froggy 103.7 will host their last ticket stop for Froggy Fest 2008 at the Reserve at Martin. This ticket stop will be from 4pm-6pm, Friday June 27. Froggy Fest 2008 is July 5, 2008, and is hosting country stars Charlie Daniels, Tracy Lawrence and Jason Meadows from Nashville Star. Tickets for Froggy Fest 2008 range from $10-$100. Stop on by, get your tickets, and take a tour of The Reserve at Martin's newly renovated apartments!

05.09.2008 - Coming Attractions!

The Reserve at Martin is being renovated! Buildings 100-400 along with the clubhouse and fitness room are getting a new look! In your apartments you will see a new leather living room suite, barstools, entertainment center, end table and coffee table, wood-look flooring by Mohawk or new carpet. You'll also find new kitchen flooring by Mannington and new Magnolia blinds. Just in case that's not enough to satisfy, the Reserve at Martin is getting an all new pool area with new pool furniture and incredible misting stations. A fully loaded outdoor kitchen and tanning dome will also be added to the clubhouse. Also don't miss our all new clubhouse featuring new furniture an all new collaborative learning center and a completely new fitness center!

04.21.2008 - Battle of the Buildings: Go Green

We are having a recycling competition between each of our buildings! The building with the most recycled will win prizes! Just call the leasing office and your CA will pick up your goods to be recycled!
