What does a CA/RA do?
CAs work in the office helping with different things that need to be done, or with residents that need assistance in one way or another. They also create programs that promote a community atmosphere at The Reserve. These programs are fun to work on and execute, and the residents always have a good time whether the programs are social, educational, or service oriented. CAs also rotate the use of an on-call phone which is used to help residents in need after our regular office hours.
