What do I need to hook up my computer to the internet?
All you will need is an ethernet card in your computer and an ethernet cord.

Can additional furniture be brought into the apartment?
You are welcome to bring some of your own furniture with you, but don't forget that we already fully furnish all of our apartments.

If I pay in full, do I get a discount?
We do not offer a discount if you pay your rent in full.

What size are the beds?
Our beds are full-size, extra-long. We suggest that you purchase queen-size sheets, however full-size sheets also fit if they are made of a material that will stretch.

Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?
Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard. There is no additional charge from us to use a credit card.

Will you send me a bill each month for rent?
No. We do not send our residents a bill each month for rent.

If I am over 21, do I need to have a guarantor?
Every resident is required to have a guarantor (co-signer)regardless of their age. Under special circumstances we may allow an applicant to pre-pay one and a half months rent.

When is my first payment due?
Your first payment on a standard lease is due the July 15th each year. If your contract begins sometime after our standard move-in, your first rental payment will be due on the day you move in.

What utilities are included in my rent?
The following utilities are included with your monthly rental payment:
*Water
*Sewer
*Trash
*High-Speed Internet in every bedroom
*Extended Basic Cable in all rooms

Is parking available?
Yes, we have ample general parking for all residents. General parking is free and is on a first-come-first-serve basis. We also offer carports to our residents for an additional $15.00 per month. Carports not only protect your car from the weather, they also give you a reserved space near your building.

What is the cost?
All our of prices are quoted "per room" because we offer individual leases. Please call the office at 269-544-1700 for current prices.

What types of leases are available?
The Pointe At Western leases all apartments by-the-bed. Instead of having one lease per apartment, we offer a separate individual lease for each bedroom within the apartment. Having your own individual lease means that you're only responsible for your rent, not your roommate's.
