Can additional furniture be brought into the apartment?
Additional furniture may be brought into the apartment. When bringing additional furniture into the common area, we recommend that you consult your roommates first.

What size are the beds?
The beds are a full size, extra long. If you are purchasing sheets, you may want to buy full size-extra long or queen sheets to fit the bed.

If I am over 21, do I need to have a guarantor?
Each resident is required to have a guarantor. The only excpeption are International Students.

What do I need to hook up my computer to the internet?
An ethernet cord and ethernet card, if your computer did not come with one.

Will you send me a bill each month for rent?
Lease contracts list the due dates for all rent payments. A bill will not be sent to you.

We are a 1002 bed property.

Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?
Great News! The Pointe at South Florida added a new feature that lets you pay online! View your balance, submit electronic checks, or pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover from any computer. You can even submit maintenance requests! Just log on to our website, click the "Resident's Only" link and "Pay Rent." This will take you to our resident rent pay portal. There is a small convenience charge for this service.

When do I put down a deposit?
Deposits are paid when the lease is signed or when filling out an application online.

When can I move in?
We have availability for immediate move in on select floorplans. Leases expire July 31, 2006.

Is parking available?
We have regular parking spaces, as well as 235 covered parking spaces on site. If you would like to add a covered parking space to your lease, please contact the office at 813.984.7222 and a leasing agent can assist you.
Visitor parking spaces are marked with either the letter "V" or the word "Visitor." All visitors MUST park in designated visitor spaces.

How close to campus are you?
We are located across the street from the University of South Florida off 138th Avenue.

What if I need to cancel my lease?
We have no termination clause to our Lease Contracts. However, you may complete a Lease Assignment through our office and have someone take over your lease.

By utilizing the rent drop box located next to the office front door.

Sofa, Over-Stuffed Chair, Kitchen table with 4 Chairs (2 chairs in 1/1 units), Entertainment Center, Coffee Table and End Table.

Are pets allowed?
We are a NO pet property. Pets are not allowed on-site, even for visiting, though fish are permitted in tanks 10 gallons or less.

Yes, each bedroom door has a deadbolt lock.

How many floors are there in each building?
Each building has 3 floors. Vaulted ceilings are available on select 3rd floor units.

Can I pick my own roommates?
You may request roommates. Though we cannot promise you will have your desired roommates, we strongly recommend that you and your roommates sign at the same time. If you do not have roommates in mind, we would be more than happy to assign roommates to you, using our roommate matching service.
