What size are the beds?
Our beds are full/long.
What does this mean? Other than that they are a special sized bed, they are full size in width, and queen size in length. Most of our residents use Queen sized sheets on their beds, however full/long bedsheets can be found in certain stores.

Can additional furniture be brought into the apartment?
We do allow additional furniture brought into the apartment, however, all of our furniture already provided must stay in the apartment in the appropriate rooms.

If I am over 21, do I need to have a guarantor?
All of our residents, regardless of age, are required to have a guarantor.

When is my first payment due?
For a Fall lease, your first rental payment is due by July 15th. Your second payment would fall on September 1st, and so on for the first of each month until the end of your lease.
For midterm-leases, your first rental payment is due the day you plan to move in, and then again on the following month on the first, and so on until the end of your lease.

If I pay in full, do I get a discount?
We do not offer any discounts for paying in full.

We do not offer a meal plan at the Players Club Apartments

How many people live there?
We have 332 bedrooms - 83 four bedroom/ two bathroom apartments.

Will you send me a bill each month for rent?
Regretfully, with so many residents on so many different schedules, we do not have time to send a monthly bill. It is the resident's responsibility to remember and pay rent, which is due on the first of each month.

Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?
Great News! Players Club added a new feature that lets you pay online! View your balance, submit electronic checks, or pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover from any computer. You can even submit maintenance requests! Just log on to our website, click the "Resident's Only" link and "Pay Rent." This will take you to our resident rent pay portal. There is a small convenience charge for this service.

When do I put down a deposit?
We do not require a security deposit, however, at the time of signing your lease and application, an $50.00 application fee and a $200.00 service fee are due to hold your place.

What utilities are included in my rent?
Electricity, Water, and Waste (sewage) are all included in the rent. We also include Comcast cable TV with HBO.

Is parking available?
At the Players Club, we use a decal system to identify resident and visitor vehicles. Residents can park anywhere on the property with this decal as long as they are not parked illegally, blocking anybody in, on the curb or on the grass. Visitors must park in visitor parking spots located throughout the property.

Can I request an apartment or roommates?
We always strive to fill any requests for apartments or roommates that we can. Signing early, and signing together, can help guarantee you have the roommates you want from the beginning. Apartments are not something that we can assign by request, however we keep in mind the type of apartment you would like (first, second, or third floor for instance) and try to take care of your requests. However, residents must remember that we have a limited number of apartments and beds, and we cannot guarantee you will get everything you request due to that fact.

What if I need to cancel my lease?
Because your lease is a contract, you cannot cancel it. We do have options, however, for you to re-let your apartment. Re-letting is fairly painless, requires a $200.00 fee, and a little legwork and advertising on your part. Basically, you find someone to fill your spot - once they have paid all of the applicable fees and turned in the paperwork needed to lease an apartment, you pay your fee and move-out. Their lease begins when you move out, and your lease ends!

How close to campus are you?
We are located less than a mile to Florida State University and Tallahassee Community College, and less than three miles from Florida A&M University!

What is the cost?
We run various specials throughout the year! Rent includes furniture, utilities, and cable w/HBO - call us for current specials and prices!

What types of apartments/rooms are available?
We offer fully furnished four bedroom/two bathroom apartments. They include living room and bedroom furniture, as well as all full-sized appliances!

What types of leases are available?
We offer 12 month leases beginning in August and ending in July. Mid-term leases are also available as individuals decide to re-let the apartment. Call the office for details!
