What types of leases are available?
All of the leases at Macon Place are on a 50 week term. You'll move into your new apartment mid-August and your lease will continue through July 31st.

What types of apartments/rooms are available?
Wonderful! Private! Fully Furnished four bedroom, four bathroom apartments are available at Macon Place.

How close to campus are you?
Macon Place Apartments are conveniently located right across the street from the lake on the Macon State campus.

Can I request an apartment or roommates?
Of course! On our application we give you space to list up to 3 people you would like to room with.

When is my first payment due?
Your first rent payment is due on July 15th prior to your August move-in. Subsequent payments will be due on the first of each month beginning in September.

What utilities are included in my rent?
Electricity, water, sewer, and pest control are included in your rent up to a $35 monthly cap per resident. Cable and internet are included at no charge!

When can I move in?
Providing unit availability,you can move in once your lease is signed and you have paid your application fee, service fee, and first rent installment. We are currently leasing for the 2008-2009 school year.

Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?
Great News! Macon Place added a new feature that lets you pay online! View your balance, submit electronic checks, or pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover from any computer. You can even submit maintenance requests! Just log on to our website, click the "Resident's Only" link and "Pay Rent." This will take you to our resident rent pay portal. There is a small convenience charge for this service.
