How am I paid?
Compensation includes a no cost bedroom or a reduced cost bedroom and biweekly pay should you ecxeed the minimum number of required work hours.

How will I be trained?
The majority of your training will be conducted by the Leasing/Marketing Manager. Upon completion, you will shadow a current CA until you show ability to perform on your own.

Do I need to work when school is not in session?
Yes. All CA's need to be accessible 7 days a week. Your schedule may require for you to work some weekends and be available on school days.

What are the minimum requirements?
To be considered for the position as a Community Assistant (CA) you must:
*Maintain a GPA of at least 2.5.
*Be actively enrolled in a course load of at least 6 credit hours.
*Have a flexible schedule and be willing to work weekends.
*Exude exceptional customer service & communication skills.
