Great News! The Lofts added a new feature that lets you pay online! View your balance, submit electronic checks, or pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover from any computer. You can even submit maintenance requests! Just log on to our website, click the "Resident's Only" link and "Pay Rent." This will take you to our resident rent pay portal. There is a small convenience charge for this service.

If I am over 21, do I need to have a guarantor?
All residents are required to have a guarantor, regardless of age.

When is my first payment due?
The first payment is due on July 15th and all future rental installments are due on the first of each month. Move-in fees are due at time of signing.

What size are the beds?
The beds are a full size, extra long. If you are purchasing sheets, you may want to buy full size, extra (double) long or queen sheets to fit the bed.

Is parking available?
Parking is available for certain buildings. Contact the office at (321) 754-2000 and a leasing agent can help you find that perfect parking spot.

What utilities are included in my rent?
Electricity (with cap), water, sewer, trash, extended basic cable with 8 HBOs, and high speed Internet are included with all our floorplans.
