Will you send me a bill each month for rent?
No, we do not send out bills. The lease stipulates the due dates for your rent. Typically, your rent is due on the first of every month. Please call the office at 570-387-0220 if you need further clarification. For your convenience, we do send out payment booklets for easy installment payment reminders.

Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?
Yes, you can pay with a credit card, but we do prefer that you pay with a check. We have a new procedure of paying by credit card or e-check on line. We accept MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Visa. There is a charge to use a credit card. You can make a payment with credit card or e-check by going to the "Residents Only" section of this webpage and then clicking on the "Credit Card Billing" button. The fee for a credit card varies on the type of card but usually costs around $20.00 for regular installment payments. E-check fee is $.99. You can call the office for more information or questions about the process.

When do I put down a deposit?
When you turn in your application, we require that you give us both the application fee $25.00 (non-refundable) and a one-time service fee of $200.00 at that time. If you cancel your application in writing within 48-hours, you will be refunded the $200.00 service fee. The service fee is only paid one time during a resident's tenure with the property.
Please note that the service fee is NOT a security deposit that you receive when you leave your apartment. This is a one-time fee paid to help fund operational costs on the property such as snow removal, fitness center supplies, clubhouse amenities, and landscaping costs.

What utilities are included in my rent?

There is a designated cap of $170.00 per apartment for the electric bill. If the apartment goes over for that month, the difference will be split equally among the occupants of that specific apartment.
