All Evergreen Commons apartment residents have individual leases. That means you and your roommate(s) may share many great times together in your Evergreen Commons apartment, but you are never responsible for your roommate's rent.

Please be aware that Evergreen Commons apartments, clubhouse and pool area are NON-SMOKING.

Evergreen Commons DOES NOT allow pets.

Starting Fall 2009, the telephone service will no longer be provided in apartments.
