Meet the Staff

The Courtyard Student Apartments is managed by Allen & O'Hara Education Services, Inc. With more than 40 years' experience in managing college student housing nationwide, Allen & O'Hara is accredited by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and is an affiliate member of the Association of College & University Housing Officers, and the National Association of College & University Business Officers.

What does that mean for you?

Jennifer Jerousek has been with Allen & O'Hara since October 2003. Jennifer previously served as community manager of Evergreen Commons at Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania. She previously worked in housing management at the University of Nevada, Reno, among other colleges. She holds bachelor's and masters degrees from Kent State University.

Ann Arbor native Becky Leirstein has been named the leasing/marketing manager of The Courtyards. She received her BA cum laude in Business Administration from Northwood University in May 2007. Becky was born into the business, literally. She was born at a nearby community where her mother served as the manager.

• Maintenance requests are handled promptly during business hours, usually the same day as they're reported.
• Staff is on-call 24/7/365 to handle emergency situations, assuring an uninterrupted level of quality services.
• Community Assistants (CA's) plan community activities to engage and enrich the lives of our residents.
