All apartment residents of The Courtyard Student Apartments have individual leases. That means you and your roommate(s) may share many great times together in your apartment, but you are never responsible for your roommate's rent.

3 bedroom 3 bath $ 699.00
4 bedroom 4 bath $ 630.00
For premium rooms that are larger or have an added feature such as a terrace or vaulted ceilings, a $30.00 premium is added to rent each month. Apartments with patios will have a $15.00 premium added to rent each month.
