What do I need to hook up my computer to the internet?
Our internet is provided through an Ethernet system. Your computer will need an Ethernet card and cat5 cable. Most computers purchased within the last few years will have a built in Ethernet card.

When is my first payment due?
The rental payment is due on the first of the month. There is currently no grace period.

The Commons on kinnear provides extra long full beds.

At this time there is no discount for paying you rent in advance.

We require that all resident have either a guarantor or provide a deposit of three months rent.

The Commons on Kinnear has the capacity to house 502 people.

Will you send me a bill each month for rent?
We do not offer a billing service at this time. Although, we can automatically bill you the first of every month.

Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?
You may pay rent by credit card either over the phone or at the rental office. There is no additional charge for this service.

When do I put down a deposit?
A deposit is required within 14 day of lease signing.

Garage parking is available for an additional $25.00 per month

What utilities are included in my rent?
The Commons on Kinnear pays water, trash, sewage, internet access and expanded cable. Residents are responsible for maintaining electric service

Yes, you may pick roommates and apartments.
