04.17.2008 - END OF YEAR PARTY w/ a chance to win FREE RENT FOR A YEAR!

Come and celebrate the end of the semester at COLLEGE STATION on April 17th! We will be hosting a HUGE party in our indoor basketball court. There will be a hypnotist (we will need 20 volunteers) as well as a chance to win FREE rent for a year...yes, FREE rent for a year! We are pairing up once again with Marco's Pizza! They will be in the gameroom from 5:30-7:30 selling 12

01.30.2008 - Up All Night Renewal Party!!

You are invited to join us in the leasing office for a Pajama and Pizza Party from 8:00 p.m. until Midnight on January 30th! Come in your pajamas to sign your renewal paperwork for the 08-09 season. We will provide the pizza and drinks...you just need to show up! Also, if you renew before January 31st you will be entered in a drawing for a chance to win $100. We are looking forward to seeing you here! LOVE EVERY MINUTE AT COLLEGE STATION!!

01.16.2008 - Chili Night in the Office

Brrrrr...it is cold outside! Come into the office on January 16th to warm up with some chili! We will be hosting chili night in the office beginning at 4:00. Stop in to grab at bite to eat and renew your lease with us!

01.15.2008 - Win and Apple-iTouch!

College Station will have a booth set up at the TAA Housing Fair on campus in the Purdue Union Ballroom. This will be held on January 15th from 10-4! Please stop by to receive 2008-2009 leasing information, promotional items as well as your ticket to win! Once you have your ticket, come out to College Station to take a tour and leave your ticket with us. We will be drawing one winner on the January 31st who will win an iTouch. We look forward to seeing you there!

10.30.2007 - Halloween Patio Decorating Contest

We will be giving away some cash for the best Halloween Patio Decor. Start planning now to impress the staff with your spooky and creative ideas. We will be judging the night of October 30th and awarding prizes on Halloween. 1st place is $100, 2nd place is $75 and $50 to 3rd place. Stop by the office for more information and details! BOO...

10.29.2007 - Pumpkin Carving Contest!

We will be hosting a pumpkin carving contest in the gameroom beginning at 4 p.m. on October 29th. Be sure to sign up in the office beforehand because we will be providing the pumpkins and tools for all residents. All pumpkins must be carved in the presence of office staff. The pumpkins will be on display in the office so please come in and vote on your favorite design! The winners will be announced on Halloween. The prizes are $75 for 1st place, $50 for 2nd place and 3rd place will win $25. Hope to see you there!!!

09.14.2007 - College Station Pool Party!

Please join us for some fun in the sun on Friday, September 14th. We will have food, fun and music between 1-4 in the pool area. Stop by to meet the staff, your neighbors and just to relax on a Friday afternoon! We hope to see everyone there!!!

We are so excited to welcome you to College Station! We look forward to seeing you during check-in. If this date or your scheduled time does not work for you, please contact our office and inquire about our alternate office hours. Our move in hours on the 11th are from 8:00-6:00. We can't wait to welcome you home. *Note* If you have not yet paid your August rent, please do so as soon as possible.
