The College Inn is managed by Allen & O'Hara Education Services, Inc. With more than 40 years' experience in managing college student housing nationwide, Allen & O'Hara is accredited by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and is an affiliate member of the Association of College & University Housing Officers, and the National Association of College & University Business Officers.
What does that mean for you?
- Maintenance requests are handled promptly during business hours, usually the same day as they're reported.
