What types of apartments/rooms are available?
The Club offers individual leases in five awesome floorplans! There are two bedrooms, three bedrooms, and three styles of four bedroom apartments!

Can I request an apartment or roommates?
The Club welcomes requests for a particular apartment home and will do our very best to accommodate them.
We love new residents who bring their friends with them to sign up! We also provide a roommate matching service for those who may not have anyone in mind for a roommate!

What utilities are included in my rent?
The Club is happy to include water, trash removal, high-speed internet, and cable TV in our rental rates!!

Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?
Yes!! You can pay with a credit card at The Club! And there are NO ADDITIONAL FEES to do so! We accept Visa & Mastercard!

Is parking available?
The Club has plenty of parking for our residents and even guests can park here at no charge!

What types of leases are available?
All of our leases are individual per person. This means, if your roomate doesn't pay, it doesn't affect you. Our standard lease is a 12 payment lease that begins and ends in August. We do, however, offer 9 and 4 payment leases (based on availability) for a nominal monthly fee.

How close to campus are you?
We are only a short drive (or if you want you can use the free bus pass provided to you by us) from the MSU, Cooley, and LCC campuses.

Can I use my financial aid?
Absolutely, we offer varied payment options to fit your needs and financial aid schedule.

When can I move in?
The move-in date for Fall 2008 is August 23 to make sure everyone has time to get settled in before classes begin.

When is my first payment due?
The first payment is due by July 15 to ensure that everything will be as smooth and relaxed as possible for move-in day.
