What types of apartments/rooms are available?
Fantastic! Spacious! Affordable, fully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom and four bedroom, four bathroom apartments are available at Clayton Place.
In either floor plan, you'll have maximum privacy with your own large individual bathroom and locking bedroom door.

What if I need to cancel my lease?
Unfortunately, lease agreements cannot be cancelled. Please carefully weigh your options before signing your lease agreement because you will be bound to its terms for the entire contract period.
While no outright cancellation is possible, it may be possible for you to sublease your bedroom when the sublease paperwork is completed through our office. Call the leasing office for more details.

What types of leases are available?
All of the leases at Clayton Place are on a 50 week term. You'll move into your new apartment mid-August and your lease will continue through July 31st.

What utilities are included in my rent?
Electricity, water, sewer, and pest control are included in your rent up to a $35 monthly cap per resident. Cable and internet are included at no charge!

When can I move in?
Clayton Place will be welcoming new residents for fall 2008 on August 17th at 12:00 noon.

Can I request an apartment or roommates?
Of course! At Clayton Place we want every part of your college experience to be excellent. Thats why you can select your own roommates, or if you prefer, we can put you in touch with potential roommates.

Is parking available?
Parking is available to all residents of Clayton Place at no charge.

Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?
You may pay your rent with a Visa or Mastercard beginning February 15th, 2008. At this time, there is no charge for credit card payments.

If I am over 21, do I need to have a guarantor?
Because the majority of our residents are students without a stable income, we require each of our residents (regardless of age) to have a guarantor sign the lease as well.
In the event that you cannot provide a guarantor, you may instead provide proof of income totaling at least three times the monthly rent installment.

When is my first payment due?
Your first rent payment is due on July 15th prior to your August move-in. Subsequent payments will be due on the first of each month beginning in September.
