10.27.2008 - Marshmallow and Hot Dog Roast

On October 27, 2008, we will be having a marshmallow and hot dog roast. Bring friends!!! It will start at 7pm. We will have corn hole set up for you.

09.29.2008 - Corn Hole Tournament

We will be holding a corn hole tournament September 29th. This will take place at 7pm. First place wins $50!!! Refreshment and food will be available to all who come. We hope to see you there.

09.17.2008 - Fitness Center Grand Opening

We will be having our Grand Opening of our brand new fitness center. At this time, we will also have a drawing for the lap top computer.

08.26.2008 - BBQ PARTY BY THE POOL

In honor of our residents, we will be hosting a pool side party at 5 pm. There will bbq and refreshments for all who come. We hope to see you there.

On Monday, July 14th, we will be grilling out at the pool. Bring a friend with you. The more the merrier.

Current residents: Refer a friend before they sign a lease, and get a $100 gift card at the time of their move in.

We will be serving Ice Cream Sundays out at the pool. We will start at 11:30. We hope to see you there!

We will be serving ice cream sundays at the pool. Come down and enjoy your ice cream while swimming at the pool.

While you are studing for finals, stop by the office and grab a bite to eat. We will be having food for you in the office everyday this week.
