We currently offer 50 week lease. These begin in August and end in July

How close to campus are you?
We are literally a stones throw for the University of West Georgia. You are within walking distance of the Academic Quad.

What is the cost?
Rates begin at $345.00 for the 1st and 2nd Floor and $355.00 for the 3rd Floor.

Can I use my financial aid?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to honor financial aid award letters.

When can I move in?
NOW! We accept leases year round.
Fall 2008 move in is scheduled for August 13th, 2008!!!

What if I need to cancel my lease?
All you have to do is find an individual that meets or leasing qualification criteria and you will be able to reassign your lease to that person.

Can I request an apartment or roommates?
Yes! Our leasing staff will be more than happy to assit you with selectin your new apartment and roommates! If you already have roommates in-mind you can live together!

Is parking available?
Ample parking is available to all residents with room to spare for visitors.

What utilities are included in my rent?
We offer an all inclusive package which includes water, sewer, trash, electricity, cable, and high-speed Internet service.
Please note that there is a $30.00 cap for electricty.

When do I put down a deposit?
Never! We do not require a deposit of any kind. All you pay is a one time non-refundable Resrvation Fee & Application Fee.

Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?
Of Course! We accpet both Visa and MasterCard. You can Pay Online through or website or in the Management Office. This is a Free Service!

Do I have to have a meal plan?
At this time there are no food service facilities located at this community.

We have a capacity of up to 336 residents.

Living on Campus: You Pay... $4,718.00
(For one year living in a 4 Bedroom/2 Bath Apartment)
Living With Us: You Pay... $4,140.00
(For one year living in a 4 Bedroom/4 Bath Apartment)

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer a billing reminder & alert program.

If I am over 21, do I need to have a guarantor?
Yes. All residents who are under the age of 25 are required to have a Guarantor. (Family members are preferred.)

The first payment is due on July 15th, 2008.

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer a discount incentive for residents who pay up front.

What size are the beds?
We offer full-size beds complete with box-springs and mattress.

Can additional furniture be brought into the apartment?
Absolutely! We encourage resident to make themselves at home.

What do I need to hook up my computer to the internet?
We offer Wireless Internet serivce in every unit. All you need is a wireless adapter. (Most new computers come with these adapters pre-installed.)
