Is parking available?
Resident parking is available inside the gated community. Make sure you received a Parking Decal from the Leasing Office. All replacement decals cost $8, and replacement gate cards cost $25. Also, please inform your guests to park in the Guest Lot provided on the opposite side of Creekmore Boulevard.

What utilities are included in my rent?
Utilities include Local Phone, Electricity, Cable, High-Speed Internet, Water/Sewer, Trash Removal, and a Monitored Alarm System.

When do I put down a deposit?
No deposits are required! Yea!

Can I pay my bill with a credit card? Is there an extra charge?
Great News! Campus Creek added a new feature that lets you pay online! View your balance, submit electronic checks, or pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover from any computer. You can even submit maintenance requests! Just log on to our website, click the "Resident's Only" link and "Pay Rent." This will take you to our resident rent pay portal. There is a small convenience charge for this service.

Do I have to have a meal plan?
Campus Creek does not provide meal plans; however, we will have monthly resident events with a lot of great free food and fun!

How many people live there?
Campus Creek may have up to 636 residents at any point in time. What a way to meet people!

Will you send me a bill each month for rent?
Campus Creek will not sent statements or invoices via mail or e-mail each month for rent. Make sure you check with the office to make your payment before 10 A.M. on the 3rd of each month to avoid late charges!

If I am over 21, do I need to have a guarantor?
All residents of Campus Creek are required to have a Guarantor. If you are unable to find a suitable guarantor, you may pay the equivalent of three (3) installments in advance as a deposit. Check with the Leasing Office for details.

When is my first payment due?
Your first payment is due July 15, 2008 or upon move-in if it is after the scheduled yearly move-in.

If I pay in full, do I get a discount?
Currently, there are no discounts for paying your account in full in advance; however, you will have no worries of late fees!

What size are the beds?
All the comfy beds here at Campus Creek are full size or double beds.

Can additional furniture be brought into the apartment?
All of our apartment homes are very spacious, and provide a lot of room for you to bring personal furniture items. All Campus Creek furniture must stay within your Apartment Home, so make sure to plan your decorating before arriving.

What do I need to hook up my computer to the internet?
To access the high-speed internet service, you will need a cat-5 cable cord.

What types of leases are available?
Campus Creek offers 12 month leases beginning in August 15, 2007 and ending in July 31, 2008.

What is the cost?
With our All-Inclusive rent, you will live for just $14 a day!
Our spacious 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath Apartment Home is $440 per person / per month, and our 4 Bedroom / 4 Bath Apartment Home is only $425 per person / per month!

Can I use my financial aid?
Any Resident of Campus Creek Apartments may pay in semester installments. If you receive Financial Aid, make sure to deposit this check into YOUR personal account. We will need a payment from your account (or money order)to process the credit.

When can I move in?
Our move-in date for the 2008/2009 term is August 22, 2008. You may move-in on your lease commencement date as long as you have completed all paperwork, returned your Original Guaranty Agreement, and have paid any fees that apply.

What if I need to cancel my lease?
If you are in need to cancel your lease contract, please place your situation in writing and submit it to a manager at the Leasing Office. Be in search of another friend to possibly take your contractual obligation for the remaining time. All situations are taken on a case by case basis. You are responsible for your contract and finding a sublease for your contract.

Can I request an apartment or roommates?
Feel free to place as many requests as you would like on the back of your applicaton. We will try to meet your requests as best as possible. Please understand that not all requests are guaranteed.
