All residents have individual leases. That means you and your roommate(s) may share many great times together in your apartment, but you are never responsible for your roommate's rent.

At this time we are working with a waitlist for all room types. You are more than welcome to apply online or in our leasing office anytime. We are sincerely hoping that we are able to accommodate everyone on our watilist.
